Kettle Confections

Pistachio-Cranberry French Nougats- Egg whites, sugar, and corn syrup are whipped to a fine fluffy consistency to create our soft Pistachio-Cranberry French Nougats. We then add dried cranberries and pistachios, which we roast in small batches to bring out the fullness of its flavor.

The smooth texture and flavor of our Nougat candy base pairs perfectly with roasted pistachios and tasty dried cranberries- blurring the boundaries between candy and dessert. These nougats burst with flavor- deliciously soft, sweet, tart and nutty. Delight yourself with the smell, taste, and texture of our soft Pistachio-Cranberry French Nougats.

Each piece of candy is wrapped in a delicate thin clear layer of edible rice paper; often used in confections- especially in Japanese candies. Please note that the rice paper melts upon contact with moisture so you can be sure that it will not affect the taste/texture of the nougat candies.
